Role Overview:
The role of a Recruitment Delivery Consultant is to outreach and connect with Life Science candidates to understand their career requirements and helping place the right professional into the right company and role. You will manage the full candidate cycle of the candidate side of the recruitment process, from registration and then job briefing stage through to interview to job offer.
A successful Delivery Consultant will build, forge and maintain relationships with candidates in order to provide the very best advice and service levels to candidates and employers in a professional and mutually beneficial manner.
Expectations:
- Experience in the Recruitment Industry
- Confidence in the ability to learn a particularly high-caliber industry
- Ability to network over the phone and face-to-face on Microsoft Teams/Zoom
- Impeccable organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong project, process management, and negotiation skills
- Motivated by targets and a desire to succeed through resilience
Role Responsibilities:
- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for all levels of vacancies across your markets within the Life Science sectors.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates at all levels in the Life Science industry.
- Managing the full 180 recruitment process through the entire candidate cycle.
