We are searching for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to be based near to Warwick on a hybrid basis. Reporting to a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator with support from the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for adding vacancies to the recruitment system and job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date, organising interviews and supporting the recruitment team with all relevant projects.


The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ideally within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.


Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
  • Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
  • Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organising teams calls, candidate confirmations, update of ATS system and interview schedule tracker
  • Maintain all recruitment folders with up to date documents such as interview templates and job descriptions
  • Act as liaison with the HR Team, supporting of the candidate on-boarding process and highlighting any issues


Key requirements of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Systems and process orientated
  • Experience of using ATS systems
  • Familiar with HR Administration & Recruitment Processes
  • Onboarding experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular)
