My client is a large well known international brand with a complex setup, offering various products and services. They are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager who can hit the ground running and take on various campaigns and projects at the same time encompassing all elements of internal communications and employee engagement. You will have a large consumer experience in regulated industries and can start in the coming weeks.


Key Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies and campaigns across various industries.

Proven ability to craft engaging and innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a small team.

Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including influencing senior leadership.

Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms to enhance message delivery.


Key Requirements:

  • Lead the development and execution of impactful internal communication campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Create compelling content that supports and communicates the company's mission, values, and strategic initiatives.
