What the Job Involves

Your role is to lead, develop, and supervise the Carelink team in delivering a customer-focused 24/7 telecare alarm service. This involves overseeing call handling, conducting visits to older, vulnerable, and disabled people, and managing the installation of telecare equipment. You are responsible for monitoring and improving employee performance and providing comprehensive training and support to team members. Your management experience in fast-paced customer service environments will be essential as you ensure efficient, courteous, and professional service delivery. You will work Monday to Friday night shifts, which may include weekends and bank holidays, adaptably responding to the business's needs. You are also tasked with ensuring compliance with telecare standards, promoting continuous service improvement, and contributing to the development of business processes and procedures.
