As a Renal Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective delivery of designated clinical research studies. You will work closely with the renal team to develop and deliver recruitment targets and strategies to meet these objectives. Your expertise will be essential in providing guidance and support to staff, researchers, research participants, and patients alike.
We are looking for a highly organized and flexible individual with a strong understanding of clinical trials and research. You will have experience in venepuncture and a broad range of clinical nursing skills. A degree or evidence of working towards it, professional registration, and demonstrable post-registration experience are essential qualifications. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and experience in working in the NHS are desirable.
