We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team at Evolve Selection. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic dialysis environment and build meaningful relationships with patients.

This is a full-time permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, with paid breaks. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £43,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus a competitive bonus, company car or allowance, pension and more.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and dynamic individual with a strong approach to delivering safe and effective care. They will possess a passion for renal care and be committed to providing high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems
  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients
  • Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients
