PA & HR Assistant - Hospitality

Handle has partnered with a leading hospitality business who are looking for an organised PA & HR Assistant to come on board and support them on a permanent basis.
This role will be providing full PA support to the HR Director as well as completing any HR administrative tasks for the wider people team. You will be responsible for the HRD's diary management, organising and setting up meetings in person and virtually, managing the HR inbox and supporting with the HR budget.
You will also be responsible for drafting contracts and offer letters, completing references checks, running reports and managing the staff benefits administration.
The successful candidate will have solid PA and HR experience in a fast paced environment, have a good basic understanding of HR processes and policies and be experienced in diary management and meeting organisation. You will be really organised, detail orientated, have a strong interest in HR and be able to go in and hit the ground running.
