We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Head of Spa to lead our Eynsham Baths team. You will be managing the overall operations and performance of the Bath House and motivating your team whilst demonstrating an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity and passion. You will be a key driver in delivering the full Eynsham Baths experience to our members and guests.

What you will do

  • Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilization in the spa.
  • Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget
  • Continued education and implementation of the newest spa, wellness and holistic modalities.
  • To drive a culture of excellence and ensure consistency across the Spa & Bath House. Formulate, recommend and implement procedural guidelines, policies and standards.
  • Hold regular monthly 1:1 meetings with management team and quarterly full team meetings
  • Prepare Monthly reports to include summaries on achieved tasks and targets.
  • Prepare annual report detailing what is to be implemented, reviewed, maintained and developed for the following year.

INDHP

  • Ensure employee communication methods and feedback is managed through meetings, satisfaction surveys, digital platforms.
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, cost reductions and to improve members experience.
  • Have good communication skills and proficiently liaising with all departments on an ongoing basis; close relationships with Hotel, F&B, Backstage and Membership Teams.
  • Offering strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team.

Who we are looking for

  • At least 3 years experience in a premium Spa with a minimum of 5 treatment rooms.
  • A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
  • Experience in maximising revenues through effective booking and room utilisation.
  • Experience in spa package creation, menu design and driving potential partnerships.
  • Management of Heads of Department as well as floor team, driving daily operational standards.
  • Prior experience as a Spa Manager within a luxury hotel environment is essential and prior experience as a therapist is desirable.
  • Knowledge of wet and heat therapies, holistic and bath houses is desirable.
