Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients.


About You


To excel in this role, you should be:


  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying client needs and opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
