Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

Collaborate with our in-house videographer to create engaging advertising materials.

Identify in-app content opportunities that can be amplified through advertising and collaborate with the videographer to bring these ideas to fruition.

Conduct content and theme testing to ascertain what resonates with our app's audience.

Analyse ad data performance and devise optimization plans focusing on metrics such as retention rate, ROI, cost ratio, register rate, etc.

  • Influencer Partnerships:

Manage the BIGO Influencer Programme, including selecting suitable influencers, negotiating partnership fees, drafting contracts, developing best practice guides, onboarding influencers, approving assets and social media deliverables, managing pre-heat promotions, and conducting offline studio interviews with influencers.

Track and report on post-campaign KPIs and Metrics, and perform project data reviews, including new user downloads, retention rates, organic growth, daily active user changes, exposure, and engagement rates.

Gain an understanding of our backstage operations and become proficient in setting up in-app promotions and events.

  • Advertising & Campaign Management:

Oversee the creation of online campaigns by collaborating with production companies.

Localize advertising efforts for the UK market, ensuring cultural relevance and appeal in collaboration with our HQ user growth team to increase the daily active users and organic growth.

Implement out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, including bus, billboard, and tube campaigns to increase exposure and engagement rates.

  • Social Media Management:

Manage and expand the social media presence for @bigoliveukofficial.

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and follower numbers.

  • Event Planning:

Plan and execute in-person events for our streamers, creating memorable experiences that drive engagement and community growth.

Coordinate logistics, marketing, and on-the-ground execution of events.

  • Business Travel:

This position may require travel, both domestically and internationally, as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Travel frequency and destinations will vary based on business needs and specific job duties. All travel arrangements will be coordinated in accordance with company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and robust data analysis skills
  • Strong KPI-driven mindset, with the ability to set and track monthly KPIs and completion status
  • Fundamental data awareness and capability to analyse marketing-related data such as daily active users, organic growth, retention rate, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently
  • Proficient negotiation skills with experience in managing influencer partnerships preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the UK advertising landscape, including localisation strategies
  • Preferred experience in event planning and execution
  • Skilled at creating compelling marketing materials in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
