Job Description
Our client is embarking on the Global replacement of SAP with MSD365 and all training will be delivered globally using their Programme global training methodology and content which will deployed locally. As a result of this, they are looking for a strong Training Lead to join them and lead the training workstream.
Working with the Global Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will lead the Global training workstream to develop and build the Programmes Training repository and all support centralised training collateral.
You will work with Programme key stakeholders to define content and be responsible for the creation, development, approval, and publication of material. You will define Learning pathways and create User Personas to ensure the right training is provide to the right audience. You will work in partnership with the Global Communication & Engagement Lead to actively drive awareness and promotion where required and support initiatives that drive awareness and knowledge.
As Global Training Lead you will monitor the quality and performance of all training collateral and deliver training as required in support of skills & capabilities. You will also function as a mentor to the Local Training Resource proving support and guidance as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of training approach aligned to the OCM & Training Strategy.
- Define, manage, and complete the Training Collateral Development Plan – from concept to publication.
- Define evaluation metrics for all training.
- Development of User Personas and Learning Pathways
- Creation and management of all training collateral including but not restricted to Classroom/ remote course content, E-learning, Reference guides, Videos.
- Provide status updates regularly to OCM Lead and other relevant stakeholders on key activities, risks, issues, and concerns.
- Establish skills gaps through Training Needs Analysis
- Align Global Security Roles against User Personas
- Support OCM Global Lead with global adoption and knowledge refreshers.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on D365 applications, tailored to the specific needs and workflows.
- Delivers in-business upskilling events i.e. Train the Trainer, UAT Upskilling, Knowledge updates to maintain and improve training capability for Programme Team members, Local Training Resources and End Users as required.
- Curate training collateral in KBR’s online learning solution workday.
- Drive usage of the training materials and self-help capability
- Super user extended / advanced training to focus on housekeeping, error handling and resolution & new ways of working.
Key Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prior experience of working within a training team environment
- Experience of training management in D365 implementations
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of Learning Management Systems
- Ability to use SharePoint Admin- desired
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Initiative-taker & driven.
- Previous experience in understanding/delivering a strategy transitioning from a project lifecycle to BAU.
