About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Training and Quality Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Estates Intelligence team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of support analysts, providing line management, and ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with ITIL standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures
  • Supervise a team of support analysts and provide line management
  • Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with ITIL standards
  • Monitor ticket management and operational tasks
  • Plan and report operational activities
  • Oversee the acceptance of new or modified scope into service
  • Enhance team quality and processes for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
  • Degree qualified in IT/Computer Science/Cyber Security
  • Hybrid (2-3 days office and WFH) with occasional travel to Swindon
