The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of support analysts, providing line management, and ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures
- Supervise a team of support analysts and provide line management
- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with ITIL standards
- Monitor ticket management and operational tasks
- Plan and report operational activities
- Oversee the acceptance of new or modified scope into service
- Enhance team quality and processes for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Degree qualified in IT/Computer Science/Cyber Security
- Hybrid (2-3 days office and WFH) with occasional travel to Swindon
