This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Business Analyst with experience working within the retail or similar sectors. The successful Business Analyst will join a market leading business currently going through a major IT transformation programme.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with key internal stakeholders and technical teams to help deliver improvements to internal processes, leverage the use of new technologies, and identify opportunities for technology automation and innovation.
Reporting into a Lead Business Analyst, the Business Analyst will work closely with non-technical teams and stakeholders to get them accustomed to new ways of working and increase engagement across the business.
Business Analyst - Key Requirements:
- Significant experience working as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst within IT environments
- Experience working in the retail or eCommerce industry would be advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with technical IT and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving delivery focused environment
- Experience working to Agile / Scrum / Scaled Agile methodologies
- Skilled in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, non-functional requirements, etc.
- Experience with Jira / Confluence and other project tools
- Track record in working on projects towards the end of their lifecycle, including go-live, deployment, hypercare, cutover, etc.
This role will be based from the client’s office in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful Business Analyst will be expected to be in the office on-site 2 days per week on average.
