The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery, optimising and forecasting of performance, shaping this around business targets
  • You are responsible for your team's output and with that you must be confident in managing their work and meeting KPI’s. This may require you to adapt your team's focus where necessary to drive sustainable growth.
  • You’ll be confident in analysing data, producing reports, insights, finding solutions and making decisions based on an understanding of commercial levers and your platform specialism
  • Building trusted, collaborative working relationships with external (platform) and internal (engineering) stakeholders is essential to deliver best-in-class campaigns which drive customer and revenue growth for Lyst
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices, MarTech and data advancements, and competitive insights to how we can deliver growth for Lyst and our partners


Requirements:

  • Solid experience of working in a performance marketing related role
  • Proven track record of working on and management of large scale PPC accounts across multiple markets
  • Shopping campaign experience is desirable
  • Leading innovation and testing strategies for your team and an ability to communicate concepts concisely to a breadth of stakeholders
  • Responsibilities including planning and running paid campaigns, in a high growth environment and delivering results to budget
  • Expertise in Google & Bing shopping products and managing them across multiple markets
  • Experience of working with martech or data engineering teams is desirable
  • An expert in Excel, utilising commercial data and building context
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Datorama, Looker or Power BI and designing reporting templates
  • Strong critical thinking skills based on data and the ability to think laterally about solutions
