About Us:

We are Generation Rent - every second person in London and every fifth in the UK lives in a rented apartment. DiffeRent Design was born after 10 years of unlocking the property's full potential and hosting thousands of guests yearly from around the world.

We offer interior design and furnishing solutions, from designer-curated furniture packages available to rent or buy, to fully bespoke interiors built around quality, style and sustainability.

Job Summary:

DiffeRent Design is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Sales professional to drive our innovative solutions and services for the rental market. We need a passionate individual who thrives on building customer relationships, has experience in identifying clients’ pains and offering effective business solutions. We are looking for someone who believes in fair and quality rentals and is ready to put in the work for long-term brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the CEO to create and execute sales strategies to promote our unique offerings and create new opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agents, Developers and other key industry figures, including frequent field trips for cold sales (upon completion of comprehensive training and with an ongoing support of the sales team).

- Constantly refine sales tactics by analysing market trends and customer feedback, liaising with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

- Attend industry networking events to generate leads and expand our client base.

- Evaluate business development processes and create comprehensive reports to demonstrate the output of sales efforts.

- Identify new business prospects and markets for our services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in driving sales.

- Strong understanding of the property and design industry or willingness to learn.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.

- Persistence, positive attitude, and openness to learn and grow.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Start-up or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
