Purpose of the Role


This exciting remote based Supplier Relationship Analyst opportunity has arisen to join our small fast paced, forward-looking Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team within our wider Operations function to support the development and implementation of best practise through the Supplier Relationship Management “SRM” Framework. This role will provide support to the Procurement and SRM team in their day-to-day activities.


This is a 12 month fixed term contract.


What you will do


This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:


  • Raising appropriate Purchase Requisitions and tracking Supplier invoices from Requisition through to payment.
  • Manage the Contracts Management System – Atamis - including training stakeholders, adding new suppliers and contracts.
  • Facilitate regular compliance activities including contract renewals, sanctions, and credit checks, including monthly sanctions review of all suppliers.
  • Management and oversight of team mailboxes.
  • Ensuring that the team and suppliers are up to date on due diligence activities including ‘Know your Suppliers’; insurance and supplier employee checks; filing contractual and operational documents to ensure a timely, clear and auditable trail.
  • Support supplier onboarding and management.
  • Data Analysis of supplier spend.
  • Production of weekly, monthly and annual reporting.


Who we are looking for


This is an opportunity for a pragmatic, proactive and adaptable team player who is keen to further their Procurement/SRM career with us. You will need:


To be able to use Microsoft office, preferably including SharePoint, and experience using a CMS

Strong communications, relationship building and influencing skills

Excellent analytical skills, with keen attention to detail

Presentation and report writing skills as well as problem solving skills


We need a self-disciplined individual who can work as part of a team but use their initiative and manage their own workload. You will need to be able to execute instructions accurately and have a can-do attitude. If you have experience of D365 that would be an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
