Amberes has partnered with an exciting Series A-backed SaaS startup (just two years in, with significant growth ahead) that is searching for its first Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic, agile, and fast-paced team that deploys weekly.

You will be entirely responsible for developing a TA function from the ground up, as you support the companies 3x growth from 50 to 150 employees over the next 12 months, across the UK, NA & ANZ.


In this role, you will:


  • Act as the primary contact point for all hiring across the business, covering Engineering, Product, Commercial & Back Office functions
  • Working closely with the Snr Leadership team to develop a hiring process from ground up, with a clear strategy to identify & recruit high performing talent
  • Regularly report on and monitor all hiring channels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop key metrics & KPIs to support the leadership team in evaluating the success of hiring strategies
  • Facilitate the rapid scaling & growth of the business across all locations, with a view to building your own team in future


Requirements


  • Have been the first, or one of the early TA hires at a technology business that has scaled significantly - a recent 2-3+ year tenure is a good indicator
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruiting from prospecting through to closing
  • Had the experience recruiting multiple different functions as an individual contributor including Sales, Technology, Professional Services & more
  • Exceeded current/prior recruiting KPIs
  • Have developed a TA strategy from ground zero previously
  • Taken full ownership of a TA function, from recruiting through to salary benchmarking, career growth plans, DEI strategies etc
  • Experience of working with and managing several different stakeholders at any one time


This position is based at the clients HQ in South-West London, with a requirement to be in office up to 4 days per week.
