Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing, charismatic, and confident Partnerships Manager to join our team, ideally based in Manchester or London. The ideal candidate will have an extensive eCommerce network, a strong personal brand, and the ability to always be active and engaged in the industry. This role requires a well-known individual who can leverage their connections to open doors and build relationships with key eCommerce people and brands.


Key Responsibilities

Network Expansion: Utilise your existing eCommerce network to identify and establish new partnerships.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key people in the ecommerce industry.

Lead Generation: Generate high-quality business leads through strategic partnerships.

Market Reach: Expand Fulfilled Talent’s presence in new markets and segments through collaborative efforts.

Brand Visibility: Enhance Fulfilled Talent’s brand visibility through co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and other joint activities.

Event Participation: Represent Fulfilled Talent at industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and promote our brand.

Innovation: Propose and implement innovative partnership initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and ROI.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Number of new leads generated through partnerships.

● Quality and conversion rate of leads.

● Number of new strategic partnerships established.

● Retention rate of existing partnerships.

● Revenue generated from partnership activities.

● ROI on partnership initiatives.

● Expansion into new markets or segments.

● Increase in brand visibility and mentions through partner channels.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in the eCommerce industry, with a strong existing network of contacts.

Activity Level: Highly active and engaged within the industry, with no conflicting ties.

Location: Ideally based in a major city such as Manchester or London.

Personal Brand: Well-known within the industry, with a strong personal brand.

Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and confident, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and various digital tools.
