Director of Catering – London - £60,000 + Package (OTE £75k)

We are excited to be working with a growing London Event Caterer who is looking for an experienced Director of Catering to lead the team. You will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operations, leading on the strategy and effectively managing the team to achieve profit targets. We are seeking a motivated individual with previous senior management experience within catering and events.

This is a new role within a growing business so a real opportunity for someone hungry and ambitious to make an impact

Skills and Experience of a Director of Catering:

  • Senior leadership experience in the catering / events industry
  • Excellent London venue knowledge
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of H&S, Food safety and compliance
  • Strong leadership and experience of managing teams
  • Experience in tender processes
  • Ability to make effective decisions and produce results
  • A strategic individual with good commercial acumen
  • Ability to create and implement process
