Company & Role:

The company you will be working with, specialises in packaging solutions and is in a period of growth. As Account Manager, you will be supporting the Sales Manager by taking on existing accounts to manage and look after including up-selling opportunities. This is a brand new role in the team due to the rapid growth of new business, we are looking for an account manager to focus on customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be managing existing accounts: 100 accounts to start with and build relationships while up-selling different products and promoting new products.
  • Provide quotations & invoices.
  • A chance to progress with the business as they continue to grow.


Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Proven track record of phone communication with different stakeholders.
  • This role might suit someone who is looking to progress into a sales role.
  • Packaging background advantageous but other background will also be considered.
  • Account Management with upselling opportunities.
  • A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities and own your territory - there will be a chance to also focus on other territories as you develop in the role.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel if needed.
