About the Company:

We’re looking for an experienced Licensing and Partnership Manager to join our growing team with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience. With our licensing division rapidly growing, this is a chance to work closely with some of the best and biggest brands in the world, including Disney, Mattel, Warner Brothers and many more. You’ll play a key role in helping to drive our licensing division whilst looking after Skinnydip’s current portfolio of partners and securing new ones.


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for building and delivering licensing strategy.
  • Be the key contact for all current licenses, and partners whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
  • Manage existing partners strategic and ad hoc needs and requirements, keeping them up to date with all new launches.
  • Proactively reaching out to secure new partners with responsibility for agreeing terms and then overseeing license contracts.
  • Liaising with our wholesale department to assist them in securing new licenses and ad hoc contract requests, such as new product categories with existing licenses.
  • Work closely with the wider team including eccom, marketing and finance.
  • Overseeing the marketing approval process with current and new partners.
  • Proactive in securing Skinnydip brand partnership opportunities.
  • Managing Skinnydip’s licensees.
  • Host regular calls with partners
  • Host weekly internal licensing meeting


Qualifications:

Skills and Experience needed:



  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in licensing or partnership management
  • Extremely organised and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Competent with Microsoft office.
  • Passion for brand building
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Natural communicator
  • Strong work ethic - this area is experiencing fast-paced growth and holds a pivotal position for Skinnydip as a brand.
