Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director, Supply Chain Automation to join our Marketing team. The Director will play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing effort by providing deep industry knowledge, technical fit, and strategic insights as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in supply chain management best practices, trends, and technology; excellent communication skills; great collaboration skills; a strong background in marketing; and a deep passion for helping clients achieve a solution for complex business challenges.


You will handle collaborating with the sales teams to identify client needs and provide a tailored supply chain solution from a marketing standpoint. You will work with clients to determine the best fit for the Bizagi platform, addressing customer needs and assisting with proposal and RFP responses. You will train the sales teams on supply chain management concepts and how our product can provide solutions. You will conduct market research to find new opportunities and potential clients with the BDR team. Your focus will be to ensure the marketing messaging and campaigns are tailored to the supply chain clients.


Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with sales team on deals to help position capabilities for supply chain problems and solutions
  • Work jointly with the marketing team to build content that appeals to the supply chain industries
  • Serve as a thought leader and company spokesperson at supply chain management events
  • Collaborate with the solutions consultant team to build demos for customers


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
  • 8 – 10years of experience in manufacturing, transportation, or retail industries
  • Experience with software platforms
  • Experience leading client-facing business development at a C-suite level, engagement delivery, and thought leadership
  • Communicates effectively, predicts changing business needs, adjusts priorities accordingly, and distributes necessary resources and budget to achieve objectives
  • Considers stakeholder needs and input as well as best practices and insights from industry trends when making strategic decisions
  • Strong strategic vision and a record of accomplishment of successful delivery of business objectives
