Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Manager within the Operations Team. The role involves assisting with product demand planning, purchasing, expediting inbound & outbound (domestic & international) shipments and administrative duties including order processing, invoicing and sales data processing.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting SCM with demand planning for all areas of the business. Purchase order processing & shipment expediting.
  • Updating shipping information & creating inbound booking slots at 3PL’s (UK & USA) to ensure customers, sales team, customer service and 3PL’s have the latest availability information.
  • Arranging inbound & outbound shipments in line with specific key account customer requirements/supplier manuals, ensuring latest versions up to date.
  • Focus on Amazon FBA order management. Creating consignment stock orders & shipment tracking. Creation of stock orders for trade customers, sending to 3PL’s & expediting. Creation of ASN’s & booking slots with trade customers.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date SKU/product information including part numbers, barcode information.
  • Solving inbound or outbound “bottlenecks” & ensuring goods are booked in correctly & made “available to sell."
  • ”Ensuring stock levels are accurate & assistance with annual stocktake.
  • Day to day contact point for 3PL’s including issue resolution for all 3PL customer service & logistics/shipping activities.
  • Purchase invoice/stock reconciliation assistance.


Qualifications: Preferred university educated but minimum of A Levels.


Preferred Skills: We are seeking flexible candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment and who can work to tight deadlines often using their own initiative and as part of a team. They will be confident, determined and have a logical mind. Additionally, candidates must have strong IT skills (particularly Excel….at least intermediate) and must be methodical and a good communicator with good attention to detail. Experience in supply chain administration/planning is desirable but candidates with no or little experience but with a desire to work in supply chain will be considered/trained accordingly. Aquaphor UK is a rapidly growing company and only candidates with a commercially and customer focused mind as well as a “can do” attitude will be considered.


Pay range and compensation: £30,000 p.a pro rata
