Frameworks form a key element of our business strategy and we are therefore looking for an Administrator to join our Compliance Team to support our team with our major project Framework

As a Framework Administrator you will provide support to the SHEQ and Compliance Director helping to keep our project and framework information up to date and to ensure that we are compliant with framework rules.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively record and maintain high levels of framework and project data and support the companies framework portfolio.
  • Supporting teams to ensure the smooth running of projects within the framework.
  • To have a key focus on reporting, analysing and communicating framework activity to respond to client requirements. Strong communication skills are required to obtain data from cross functional teams (Sales, Projects, Planning and Accounts).
  • Implement and maintain processes and standards to drive framework compliance.
  • Assist the SHEQ and Compliance Director with weekly and monthly reporting (Either onsite or via teams).


*Please note this is a new developing role and as such- other responsibilities within this remit are to be expected*


Skills/ Experience/Qualifications


  • Previous experience in administration or coordinator role within a varied project environment - Desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Essential
  • Strong computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools - Essential
  • An eye for detail and the ability to problem solve where necessary - Essential
  • Ability to multitask and work to timelines with a flexible attitude - Essential
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to continually change and adapt - Essential
