Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team.
- Manage tenant inquiries, application processes, and tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating property listings and preparing promotional materials.
