About the Role

Our client, a successful and multicultural primary school rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced Year 5 teacher to join their team. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment within a small academy trust that values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality education.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Promote good behaviour, manage classrooms effectively, and ensure pupil wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
