Key Responsibilities:

Project Document Management: Ensure project process steps are completed, including team support and creation of project deliverable documentation.

Sales Activity Support: Attend and take notes during weekly Sales Activity Meetings to keep the team informed of objectives and project timelines.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate office-based and external client meetings.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flight, visa, and accommodation bookings via external suppliers.

Client Submission Support: Assist the team in ensuring documentation is ready for client submission.

Interdepartmental Liaison: Work with various departments to meet internal business procedures.

Event Coordination: Plan and manage internal and external events, generating marketing materials as required.

Office Management: Oversee office facilities, visitor coordination, stationery orders, etc.

Inbox Management: Manage the company enquiries email inbox.

Administrative Tasks: Assist the team with various administrative tasks including updating distribution of various team reports.

Bid Management: Manage the company bid register.

HR Support: Assist the People Partner with various administrative and coordination activities.

Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Partner with various marketing administration tasks and objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator in a consulting firm.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRMs
