Since 2014, Mastered Studios has been training creative industry professionals to succeed in their careers. We've been lucky enough to support over 5,000 creators across 95 different countries - as well as upskilling employees at some of the best-known creative companies in the games, fashion, VFX and tech industries.


In 2022 we started delivering government-funded bootcamps, which means we can offer our training to learners for free. Since then the scale of our impact has rocketed. This year marks our 10th anniversary and we are more ambitious than ever to be the go-to organisation for the most impactful creative industry training. Central to that is our business skills bootcamp for self-employed creatives, and we are looking for someone who can help us scale this.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Manager at Mastered. You will be responsible for managing the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to potential applicants, answering questions about the bootcamps, and assisting with enrollment procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Review and process bootcamp applications to ensure they meet the established criteria.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the admissions process, providing guidance and clarification when necessary.
  • Manage the admissions pipeline, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and application statuses.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Assist with onboarding of admitted participants, providing them with bootcamp details and required resources.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a talent scout, recruiter, or artist manager.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Understanding of and ability to identify emerging trends and talent in creative fields.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: £28-40k depending on experience
