About the role:

This multi-functional role will work as part of a team providing customer service and administration support to our network of Partners to assist them with operationalising their contract or product requirements from CMI. This will cover several areas where you will assist your team in managing the workflow through contract administration, programme mapping, new partner approvals and learner certification.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with both external Partners and Suppliers as well as key internal departments and roles to provide excellent customer service and administration support, this multi functional role is key to ensuring we can manage workflow flow from our customers
  • Assist with the customer service and administration support process for CMI to approve new Partners.
  • Assist the CMI Programme Mapping process by being responsible for identifying Partners mapping that has become blocked, agreeing actions to be taken and pushing these forward with the relevant stakeholder with an outcome of mapping being signed off to allow registrations.
  • Carry out contract administration relating to new and retrospective contracts requiring input to our systems
  • Provide cover for the key Service Operation functions during times of absence (ie for the processing of learner certification through a dedicated team)
  • Support the Service Operations Lead in related projects and tasks as required
  • Provide effective administration and customer service support across the team as required to achieve agreed services levels and adhere to all required regulations - eg GDPR, Ofqual, ESFA
