Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.
About the Role: The Senior Creative Artworker will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual quality and consistency of our event materials. The position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Creative Team to produce print and digital assets that meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design software and have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to execute creative concepts accurately and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Artwork Production: Develop, finalize, and adapt artwork for a range of print and digital materials including banners, posters, brochures, invites, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all event collateral.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, event managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality artwork within specified deadlines.
- Technical Expertise: Prepare and check artwork files for print production, ensuring correct formats, colour management, and resolution.
- Creative Input: Provide input on design concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering solutions that enhance the visual impact of events.
- Wider Team Management: Brief, feedback to, and provide guidance to a scaled up Artworking team during busy periods.
- Quality Control: Proofread and perform quality checks on all artwork to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptation: Adapt existing artwork for different formats and media as required, maintaining design integrity and quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and efficiency of artwork production.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience as a senior artworker or a similar role within a live events agency.
- Portfolio of previous artwork projects for corporate events and clients.
- A keen eye for smart, effective design and confidence in its application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Pay range and compensation package:
We offer a wider range of employee benefits that includes 25 days annual leave per annum, Time off in lieu for any weekend or bank holidays works in the planning or delivery of events. Pension, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Private Health Care as well as Summer working hours. Base salary will be determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience – full details will be provided to each candidate up on request.
