Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods is seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to join the team and work on an exciting new start-up brand, SMUG Dairy. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting the brand up for future success, working on a start-up brand that requires a full-on and multi-faceted approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in conjunction with the Marketing Lead to launch and land a new Dairy Brand into the UK Market
  • Working with the Marketing Lead and Agency Partners on campaigns to unlock the brand potential through 360° communications channels
  • Leading elements of the Integrated Marketing Communications - Digital & Social lead
  • Leading the shopper marketing and activation plan (including sampling) with supporting agency
  • Leading the Brand renovation agenda optimizing existing products and packaging across cheese, butter, and milk
  • Brand lead for artwork production/repro/printing
  • Key brand liaison with the sales and field sales team
  • Project managing specific innovations
  • Supporting the forward-looking innovation pipeline in conjunction with the Branded Innovation Team
  • Tracking and evaluating in-market performance and identifying opportunities to accelerate and optimize

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree qualified
  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing roles
  • FMCG background and experience (preferable Food / Beverage)
  • Experience and knowledge of artwork and repro processes
  • Track record of successful creative development and leading Inter Agency Teams
  • Social and Digital capability and evidence of how driven Brand growth, objectives, and performance
  • Able to influence, build effective relationships, and manage at senior levels within and outside the organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Confident to own relationships and decision making and work autonomously as needed
  • Desirable: experience and successful track record of launching a New Brand or Start-up

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role in Staines with occasional travel to London and Ireland.
