The successful candidate will play a key role in setting the brand up for future success, working on a start-up brand that requires agility, responsiveness, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Marketing Lead to launch and land a new dairy brand into the UK market
  • Developing and implementing 360° communications channels to unlock the brand's potential
  • Leading elements of the Integrated Marketing Communications - Digital & Social lead
  • Leading the shopper marketing & activation plan (inc sampling) with supporting agency
  • Brand lead for artwork production/repro/printing
  • Key brand liaison with the sales & field sales team
  • Project managing specific innovations
  • Supporting the forward-looking innovation pipeline in conjunction with the Branded Innovation Team
  • Tracking & evaluating in-market performance & identifying opportunities to accelerate and optimize

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing roles
  • FMCG background & experience (preferable Food / Beverage)
  • Track record of successful creative development & leading Inter Agency Teams
  • Social & Digital capability & evidence of how driven Brand growth / objectives & performance
  • Desirable - experience & successful track record of launching a New Brand / Start-up

What We Offer:

A hybrid role in Staines with occasional travel to London & Ireland, working in conjunction with the Marketing Lead to launch & land a new Dairy Brand into the UK Market.
