About the Role:

H9 are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Recruiter to join their team, focusing on a high-volume blue-collar sector. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in filling over 40 vacancies. This is a contract position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months + based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, focusing on high-volume blue-collar roles.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring they meet the required job criteria and company values.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the TA Manager to understand recruitment needs and priorities, providing regular updates and insights on candidate pipelines.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, ensuring candidates have a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
  • Market Insights: Provide insights and feedback on market trends and candidate availability to help shape recruitment strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and other internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume, blue-collar environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
