What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be accountable for the changes taking place in Liquidity Risk Reporting (LRR) and Treasury, and lead and deliver complex change from end to end. In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You’ll also:

  • Analyse and understand the change impacts to key liquidity metrics
  • Support LRR and Treasury senior management with Treasury initiatives
  • Understand key liquidity metric drivers, providing subject matter expertise and input regarding the wholesale and retail business
  • Perform impact assessments on new changes and communicate findings to LRR and Treasury senior management

The skills you'll need

You’ll need a detailed understanding and experience of relevant regulatory rules, along with sound analytical and problem solving skills . You’ll also have people, process and systems skills, with an understanding of and keen interest in improving existing systems and challenging existing processes where appropriate.

You’ll also need:

  • To be a qualified accountant, with a good record of application within a business environment
  • A proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • A proven ability to set exemplary standards of delivery for yourself
  • Strong attention to detail and drive to grapple with complex, untested issues and formulate possible solutions
