Role Overview


Touchlight is currently seeking an HR Associate to join the HR department at Touchlight. The HR Associate is responsible for managing Recruitment and assisting with Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and the rollout of HR Projects.


The HR Associate reports into the HR Manager. This is an operational HR position, with regular interactions with other departments.


Responsibilities:


  • The main activity of the HR Associate will be assisting and managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with employee relations and address employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR Projects


Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR relevant role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, People Management Software, ATS, Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
