Instinct is currently working with our client, a leading not-for-profit organisation, to find a Training & Learning Manager to join their company.


About the company:


Our client is a renowned not-for-profit organisation with a longstanding history in their sector, providing an invaluable service that helps facilitate commerce in the UK.


The role:


As Training & Learning Manager, you will oversee all internal (staff) and external (customer) training initiatives across the organisation, including both digital and instructor-led programmes.


Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Ownership of the learning strategy including the development, deployment and refining of training and education content as well as stakeholder engagement.
  • Management of the learning team, including permanent and contract staff.
  • Management and maintenance of the LMS.


What you’ll need:


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing learning strategies, including identifying training needs, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to partner with subject matter experts, external consultants, and other diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and leading people in training and learning design and delivery roles.
