The client is looking to appoint. a senior project manager and new to the team, This role is ideal for individuals with a background in architecture, or those who have moved into project management, or development management within the high-end residential sector. You’ll join a specialist multidisciplinary team passionate about delivering prestigious luxury projects for UHNWIs. This is a new and pivotal position within a growing business.


Role Overview

You will manage and appoint consultant teams delivering projects ranging from £1-£50 million+ in the UK including refurbishment, listed properties, and new builds. Acting as the client representative, the role involves feasibility studies, assembling pre-construction teams, and appointing world-class designers. The company is poised for significant growth, aiming to expand projects into Europe and the USA in the next 3–5 years. This role emphasizes client management, business development, and strategic growth, making it an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial professionals. Responsibilities

  • Support the team in identifying opportunities and developing new strategies.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Pitch and present ideas persuasively to win work.
  • Manage client relationships from inception through project delivery.
  • Assemble project teams, aligning suppliers with client needs.
  • Ensure deliverables align with established procedures and fee structures.


Experience and Skills

  • ARB/RIBA qualified architect
  • 6+ years post-qualification experience as an architect or project/development manager.
  • Proven client relationship skills.
  • Strong understanding of high-end property and construction processes, including all RIBA stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of residential luxury design styles and a solid contact base within the property industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

  • Location: Central London
  • Work Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH.
