About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and proactive Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a collaborative team, working on large-scale commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Architects/Project Architects to deliver architectural services in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Create and edit Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, sections, layouts, and construction documents.
  • Produce reports, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Stay up to date with developments in design, construction, sustainability, and legislation.
  • Participate in site visits and assist in issuing drawings and other administrative tasks.
  • Proactively manage deadlines and coordinate with the wider team.
  • Support and contribute to the quality assurance processes and adhere to Health & Safety policies.


Skills Required

  • RIBA Part 2 qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of UK-based experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
  • Experience in workshared projects and managing complex Revit models.
  • Solid understanding of UK building construction fundamentals, statutory, and planning requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • Desirable: Experience with NBS specifications.
