- Strong experience in lead consultancy services and strategic project delivery.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern projects is essential.
- A deep understanding of the architectural design process, with the ability to align technical and creative goals.
- Organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and think critically.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
What’s On Offer
- A rare opportunity to shape the future of a global studio by setting up a new division with high visibility and influence.
- A market-leading salary and extensive benefits package, including private healthcare, annual trips, and performance bonuses.
- Access to prestigious, high-value projects in luxury hospitality, cultural institutions, and more.
- A collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation and individuality are celebrated.
