The Role:


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key wholesale accounts as their primary point of contact.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts and onboarding new clients to expand market presence.
  • Sales & Reporting:
  • Driving seasonal sales campaigns by presenting collections and tailoring strategies to meet buyer needs.
  • Analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Producing detailed sales reports and forecasts to track and achieve revenue goals.
  • Brand Representation & Market Expansion:
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and client meetings, ensuring consistent alignment with brand values.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Acting as the bridge between wholesale accounts and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Partnering with design, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are reflected in product offerings.
  • Logistics & Operations:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process, including order management, stock allocation, and delivery coordination.
  • Managing wholesale documentation, invoicing, and ensuring compliance throughout the supply chain.
  • Resolving any operational or supply chain challenges to maintain client satisfaction.



You:


  • Proven experience in wholesale account management, ideally within the fashion or accessories industry.
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for premium fashion and a keen eye for trends.
