Sopra Steria is looking for a Test Manager to join us in a unique opportunity to build and shape one of our key accounts. The Test Manager will play a key role in shaping test strategies and ensuring that safe, secure, and high performance services are delivered.

What you will be doing:
  • Developing Test Plans and Strategies
  • Team Management
  • Quality Assurance and Control
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet testing requirements
  • Continuously analyse and improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What you will bring:
  • Hold an active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
  • Significant experience in software testing
  • Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile and DevOps environments
  • Strong project management, leadership, and problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Technical proficiency in test automation and familiarity with tools like JIRA for test management

It would be great if you had:
  • Certifications like ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or CSTE (Certified Software Tester)
