Job Description

We're looking for an established Programmatic Director to join a super collaborative multi-disciplinary team, working on a large Travel client in the EMEA regions

As the Programmatic Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing programmatic strategies. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional client performance and driving innovation for the client.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and owning programmatic campaigns for across EMEA regions, working alongside another Programmatic Director
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, leading senior-level meetings to discuss programmatic strategy and campaign activity.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of programmatic capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting them to clients and your team.
  • Develop programmatic strategies to achieve core business goals.
  • Lead strategic test and learn initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the broader team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key programmatic partners, including tech, media, data, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote programmatic products and solutions that align with clients' objectives and drive programmatic excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with both day-to-day and senior clients, providing exemplary client service.
  • Proactively manage client accounts and identify opportunities to enhance their business outcomes.
Qualifications

What will make you successful in this role:

  • Experience as a Senior Manager or Programmatic Director, within a digital / media agency setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with global and regional clients effectively.
  • Deep hands-on experience with major demand-side platforms. Experience with Xander DSP activation is a plus.
  • Proficient in commercial management of accounts, including booking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of optimizing account performance and achieving results.
  • Experience integrating offline media into programmatic strategies.
  • Experience managing international accounts.
