Job Description

Zenith living up to its stellar reputation has secured two new high-profile clients - a prominent online retailer in the UK and a leading global music streaming service. As a result of these successful wins, Zenith supported by Publics Media Exchange (PMX) has created an enriching career opportunity for an AV Investment Director to drive the AV investment strategy for these prestigious clients, contributing to their continued growth and success.

What will you be doing?

  • Team Leadership & Activation: Lead a team to deliver top-notch activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema, ensuring best-in-class strategies and executions.

  • New Business Development: Collaborate with new business teams to craft AV strategies and presentations, contributing to winning new business opportunities.

  • Negotiation & Value Optimization: Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities for clients, maximizing campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for;

  • Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client/AV finance processes, along with confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
  • Experience in the retail sector will be advantageous.
  • Strong team management skills, including objective setting and development conversations.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
