Job Description

Are you ready to seize a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness? We're seeking a visionary leader to step into the role of Business Director, where you'll shape the future of our dynamic team.

As the Business Director, you'll embody strategic leadership, driving growth and innovation within SSW. You'll oversee a talented team, manage a significant revenue base, and cultivate strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with the Group Managing Director, you'll chart a course for long-term success, fostering a culture of excellence and driving sustainable growth.

Your role as a leader of leaders will be paramount. People will look to you for strategic guidance, inspired by your visionary approach and unwavering commitment to success. While you're a trusted leader in the present, your sights are always set on the future, proactively navigating industry trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

Client Partnership:
Maintain and nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and driving account growth. Your finger will always be on the pulse, guiding your team to respond effectively to client needs and fostering a culture of excellence.

Leadership and Collaboration:
Partner with the Group Managing Director to develop and embody the discipline's culture and long-term strategy. You'll inspire and mentor our team, setting the standard for excellence and fostering a sense of belonging. As a key contributor to the wider PH agency leadership, your insights and leadership will be invaluable.

New Business:
Drive new business initiatives, leading opportunities and developing innovative solutions to showcase our work. Your focus on organic growth, new clients, and cross-selling will be instrumental in driving our agency forward.

Strategy and Insight:
Set clear performance goals aligned with our strategic objectives, championing strategic thinking within the discipline. Your understanding of critical business issues and financial acumen will be essential in driving success.
