What does the role involve?


  • Drives account management and development opportunities.
  • Partners with key stakeholders in existing Enterprise Accounts to deliver value to customers.
  • Responsible for positioning and sale of new IPI products and services.
  • Responsible for the commercial relationship and strategic account plan.



You will have the following skills and attributes:


  • Track record of account retention & successfully selling Contact Centre Solutions and Consulting Services.
  • Proven experience working with Enterprise or Global customers.
  • Extensive experience of strategic Account Planning.
  • A proven track-record of over-achievement against sales quotas.
  • Extensive experience of C-level networking.
  • Exceptional cross-functional working skills.
  • An ability to influence and build strong relationships internally.
  • Independent professional with gravitas and excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
