About the Role:

The Business Manager will play a crucial role in driving the agency's growth by leading our recruitment teams, developing new business strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with the leadership team to enhance client relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment teams to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the business unit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, compliance, and permanent recruitment, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and report on team performance, productivity, and business outcomes.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership or business management role within a recruitment or staffing agency.


Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
