About the Role:


The Identity and Access Management Manager is a key member of the IT Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team. This role is responsible for overseeing all identity and access management activities, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the organization’s Information Security policies while providing effective oversight and support across the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Governance and Oversight: Manage the identity and access management functions delivered by internal service providers to ensure alignment with EMEA business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a security liaison with business units to identify and drive improvements in identity and access management processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support governance, regulatory, and compliance efforts by responding to regulatory and audit requests promptly.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of the Security Administration team, ensuring effective provisioning, recertification, and issue resolution management across EMEA.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with administration teams in other regions to facilitate access requests, reviews, and audits.


What We’re Looking For:


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management processes from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Significant experience in managing identity and access management functions in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
