  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to maintain effective data security, GDPR compliance, and industry standards through the Privacy and Compliance Hub.
  • Work with clients and suppliers to verify compliance with agreed security standards, policies, and processes.
  • Contribute to the selection, implementation, and operationalization of security tools and ensure the secure monitoring of devices and services.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure infrastructure meets service levels and compliance standards.
  • Implement and manage an enterprise-wide approach to security standards, compliance, and accreditation globally, starting with the group and expanding to all data centers in Europe and APAC.


About You

You are an experienced security professional with extensive knowledge of information and cyber security. With a proactive, strategic mindset, you anticipate threats and design robust security measures. Your strong leadership and communication skills enable you to manage teams effectively and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a senior information or cyber security role within a complex organizational structure.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Proven expertise in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of creating innovative solutions to complex security issues.
  • Strong ability to communicate security concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
