About The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our leadership team as the Head of Marketing on a permanent basis.
In this high profile role you'll be reporting directly into the Brand Director of our UK division and be wholly responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan aligned to the global brand strategy that will provide increasing demand to achieve our sales, parts and loyalty targets.
You will develop and deploy communications across all channels that supports the strategy and optimises the competitive positioning of the brand in the UK market. Additionally, you will drive customer lifetime value through enhancement of the end to end omnichannel customer experience for all sales channels and customer types.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to see the bigger picture whilst retaining attention to detail alongside managing performance and delivering results through others.
- Track record of delivering excellence through big agency management across multiple media formats.
- Marketing planning experience with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining effective business relationships.
- Experience of leading and motivating a team and demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage a budget in a constantly changing environment.
