Job Description:

Our client is looking for a business analyst who will build strong stakeholder relationships. You will be working within their automation practice.

Job Specification:

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and process owners - communicating requirements.
  • Address development progress / issues.
  • Identify and assess potential processes for RPA.
  • Prepare processes for robotic solutions.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of automated processes.
  • Create automation architecture and solution proposals.
  • Prepare documentation such as Process Definition and Solution Design Documents.
  • Lead process walkthroughs and User Acceptance Calls.
  • Work closely with developers and solution architects to design robust solutions.

Desired Experience:

  • 4+ years in business process modeling, requirement gathering, process mapping, and business data processing.
  • Need to understand the gap fit analysis to SAP
  • S4 / HANA experience
  • Functional SAP experience is a bonus
  • SAP PLM module knowledge
  • Strong domain knowledge in P2P, R2R, OTC, Supply Chain, Treasury, IT, and HRO.
  • Innovative, conceptual, and analytical thinking.
  • Hands-on experience in documentation and process redesign.
  • Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of RPA concepts and tools.
  • Exposure to 7 QC tools and Six Sigma (Greenbelt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Certified in Business Analysis; Project Management or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
